Jeremy is a trade mark lawyer with deep experience in all aspects of the trade mark lifecycle, including brand clearance checks, registration of trade marks, oppositions and enforcement.
Before founding Newmark Legal, Jeremy worked as a lawyer at Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer for 15 years. He has a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.
Jeremy has managed the trade mark portfolios of some of Australia’s most prominent brands and led on numerous high-profile Australian rebrands.
